Do you deliver locally?

Yes! Local delivery is available for $25. To see if delivery is able in your area check out our shipping policy.

What is your lead time?

Lead times will depend on your project. Ordering a "ready-to-ship" design or a custom design with stocked products usually take 1-2 business days. Larger orders and gifts with special order supplies can take 2-4 weeks.

Can we add our company logo to our gifts?

Definitely! We have the capability to create a completely personalized packaging solution for any gifting venture - (Minimums may apply)

Can you add items that I provide to our gifts?

Yes, we are happy to add your company swag or that special something to add a personal touch.

Do you ship alochol?

Yes, although there are some exceptions. Due to state laws, gifts with wine or beer may not be
shipped to: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Dakota, North Dakota and Utah. These gifts ship with adult signature required. The
receiver must be 21 years of age or older and show identification.

Will my gift look exactly like the photo?

On rare occasions, there may be delays or issues with our supply chain.  We may substitute one or more of the items in your box with a beautiful item of equal or greater value.  During summer months chocolates will be substituted with treats of greater or equal value. We promise to make your gift (and you) look
great!

What is your return policy

Due to the nature of items that we include in our gifts, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.  In the unlikely event that your gift arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery so we can make it right. 

I like a gift in your online shop, but it is not exactly what I am looking for, can I change it?

Sure! Contact Us with what you are wanting to do and we are happy to accommodate.

Do you ship chocolate year round?

During the summer months all gifts containing chocolate will be substituted with equally delicious treats (that don't melt).

What is my gift gets sent back to Apple Blossom as a return to sender?

-We notify you via email and/or phone call that your gift has been returned and the reason it was returned (i.e. not picked up, declined by recipient, invalid address)
-You provide us with an updated valid mailing address to attempt to redeliver delivery
-We open the shipping box and adjust anything that may have shifted around within the gift box during transit to make sure the gift is in perfect condition to be shipped again
-We repackage your gift
-The fee to re-process return-to-sender gifts is $15 plus the actual cost of postage
-We will send you an invoice electronically and once the invoice is paid, we will re-ship the gift to your recipient within two business days
-If the invoice is not paid within five business days of the invoice being sent, the gift is considered unclaimed and becomes the property of Apple Blossom Gift Baskets
